Private Equity Intern (Deal Sourcing)

As an intern at Milestone Search Capital's Hyderabad office, your primary focus will be on deal sourcing and CA outreach. You will work closely with the founding team to identify and onboard deal intermediaries, especially Chartered Accountant firms and boutique advisors. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding deal intermediaries - Traveling within Hyderabad to meet leads - Presenting MSC's thesis - Coordinating meetings - Driving top-of-funnel deal flow To excel in this role, you should possess experience or a keen interest in Deal Sourcing and Private Equity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. A relevant educational background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields is also necessary. While experience in the investment industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. During your internship, you can expect to gain hands-on exposure to real deal sourcing activities and investor conversations. You will also gain on-ground experience in driving lead generation across Hyderabad. Close mentorship from the founder and the early team will provide you with a steep learning curve. Additionally, you will receive a competitive stipend for the full duration of the internship. By the end of the internship, you will have developed a deep understanding of how small business acquisitions unfold.
