Job Description

Position: Private Chef

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per family preferences

Expertise in Indian regional cuisines (South & North Indian)

Ability to prepare Continental, Chinese, and healthy meals

Plan weekly/monthly menus in coordination with the household

Prepare festive, special-occasion, and guest meals when required

Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Pantry management, grocery planning, and stock control

Prepare meals for children as per dietary needs

Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils

Requirements:

Prior experience as a private or residential chef

Knowledge of healthy, low-oil, and diet-specific cooking

Ability to manage kitchen independently

Good hygiene practices and professional conduct

Work Schedule:

Working Hours: 56 hours per day

Week Off :- 1
