Job Description

Role Overview: As an Acquisition Manager for NRI clients at Standard Chartered in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to acquire NRI clients and cross-sell wealth products. You will be expected to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets for yourself and your team through various financial products like liability products, wealth management products, and asset-related products. Additionally, you will provide support for new product launches, devise strategies to acquire large prospective customers, and coordinate customer events. Key Responsibilities: - Drive client engagement in line with the coverage model - Own the client portfolio for a defined period - Support onboarding of premium clients and create a pipeline for upgrading to the priority/premium segment - Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations - Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations, take remedial action when necessary, and ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees - Follow the Group code of conduct, zero audit findings, no mis-selling, and no fraud - Display exemplary conduct, live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/MMS/MA/M.Sc - Certifications: IRDA About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank that has been operating for over 170 years, striving to make a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
