SHADE MATCHING: Responsible for Colour & Shade Matching for each Job.
2 INK GSM : Should maintain optimum Ink GSM/OPV GSM Level for each Job. Check Ink Viscocity and maintain it at proper level.
3 ONLINE PRINTING (QUALITY CHECK) : Monitoring of quality parameters during entire printing process; doing random quality check. Identifying quality defects (Eg. Splashes/Lining/Grounding/Scum etc.) and communicating the same to quality dept
4 SHOPFLOOR SUPERVISION : Supervising the work of subordinates (helper/asst/operator). Keeping track of their work progress on a daily basis. Delegating work to respective person responsible in their individual area of work and validating the same. Ensure no employee is idle.
5 5’s (CLEANLINESS) : Should ensure 5’S is being implemented on shopfloor; Machine is being properly cleaned. Also take care that no extra ink is there on floor/machine.
6 MIS: Should fill Report such as Daily Printing Report; Job Card; R.M Indent etc.
