Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printing Supervisor located in Changodar. The Printing Supervisor will oversee daily print production operations and ensure efficient workflow across all stages, including printing, bindery, and quality checks. Responsibilities include managing teams, maintaining production schedules, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. The role also involves monitoring supplies, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Print Production and expertise in Printing processes, including familiarity with print technology and troubleshooting
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and effectively communicate instructions and feedback
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in print production
• Prior experience in managing operations within a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred
