Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Supervisor located in Ghaziabad. The Printing Supervisor will oversee daily print production activities, managing production schedules, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves supervising and leading a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and troubleshooting any production issues. Effective communication with team members and clients is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a team
• Experience in Print Production and Printing processes
• Knowledge of Monocartons/Metallic and Conventional Printing
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Relevant experience in the printing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certifications are beneficial
