Job Description

Supervise day-to-day printing operations and shop-floor activities
Allocate work to machine operators and printing staff
Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
Monitor print quality, color accuracy, registration, and finishing standards
Handle machine setup, job changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure proper usage of raw materials like paper, ink, and plates
Coordinate with pre-press, packaging, and dispatch teams
Maintain production records, job cards, and shift reports
Ensure safety guidelines and housekeeping standards are followed
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
Train and guide junior operators and helpers

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset / digital / screen, as applicable)
Leadership and team-handling skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Quality control and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
