We are currently seeking a dedicated Printing Supervisor for a full-time on-site role in Ghaziabad. As the Printing Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily print production operations, managing production schedules, and upholding quality standards. You will be required to lead and supervise a team, optimize workflow efficiency, and address any production-related challenges that may arise. Effective communication with both team members and clients is crucial to ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven supervisory skills to effectively manage and guide a team, along with hands-on experience in print production and printing processes. Knowledge of Monocartons, Metallic, and Conventional Printing techniques is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving capabilities, and a background in the printing industry would be advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, while additional relevant education or certifications would be considered beneficial.,
