Printing & Packaging Executive

• Coordinate printing and packaging requirements as per organizational needs
• Liaise with printing and packaging vendors for quotations, samples, and production
• Ensure quality standards in printing materials, colors, finishes, and packaging
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of printed and packaged materials
• Check artwork, layouts, proofs, and samples before final approval
• Maintain records of printing orders, packaging materials, and inventory
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and stores departments
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and packaging specifications
• Handle vendor follow-ups, issue resolution, and quality concerns
• Optimize cost without compromising on quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, screen, etc.)
• Understanding of packaging materials (cartons, labels, boxes, flexible packaging, etc.)
• Attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of costing and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
