Printing Manager for Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Supervise and coordinate daily printing activities, from pre-press (file preparation) to post-press (finishing) and delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all printed materials meet specified quality standards and adhere to established specifications.
• Staff & Workflow Management: Schedule and manage printing staff, mentor and train new employees, and optimize workflow to meet production deadlines and improve efficiency.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe operation of all printing equipment.
• Client & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and specifications, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage materials and resources.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets for the department, plan for the procurement of equipment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency, productivity, and overall print processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
