Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printer Support Engineer located in Andra Pradesh,Anatapur. The Printer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for printer-related issues. Daily tasks include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software problems, offering customer support and service, and ensuring the optimal performance of printers. The role also involves coordinating with the customer service team to resolve any user-reported issues effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
