Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Andra Pradesh for a Printer Support Engineer. The Printer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for printer-related issues. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, offering customer support, and ensuring the proper functioning of printer systems and operating systems.

• Experience with Operating Systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
