About the Role:

Print & Product Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize and design print products across gifting, stationery, and paper goods (both print + digital).
• Create exclusive prints, patterns, and illustrations for product collections and custom projects.
• Work on new product development for paper stationery and related categories.
• Design packaging with a strong focus on dielines, folds, finishes, and structural creativity.
• Work on custom stationery and gifting briefs (corporate, event-based, or client-led).
• Prepare production-ready files for various printing techniques with correct specs, setup, and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, print, and production.
• Experiment with paper textures, finishes, and formats to elevate the physical design experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in print, product, or packaging design (preferably in stationery, lifestyle, or events).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw, with a solid understanding of print production tools.
• Strong grasp of print techniques, paper types, and tactile finishes.
• Attention to detail and technical skill in building print-ready files (dielines, bleeds, specs).
• Ability to collaborate with clients on custom design projects.
• Comfortable working on both internal brand work and external client briefs.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a small, fast-moving team.
• Strong sense of typography, color, composition, and layout for print.
• A portfolio that showcases both creativity and execution.
