📌 Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure high-quality online education delivery.
• Oversee curriculum planning, academic policies, and faculty development.
• Ensure student-centric learning outcomes and holistic development.
• Build and lead a strong team of educators with focus on innovation & performance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold institutional standards.
• Foster strong parent-student-school relationships.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

• 🎓 Minimum Qualification: B.Ed
• 💼 15+ years of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal
• 📚 Strong background in the education sector (school/online school preferred)
• 📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office)
