The role combines student advisory with lead conversion to drive admissions. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and program selection. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails. Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments. Maintain student records and track the admission process. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
