Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and layout

  PA, LNA, and FEM ICs

  for multi-band RF applications.
• Optimize RF performance for

  linearity, noise figure, gain, power efficiency, and bandwidth

  .
• Conduct EM simulations and ensure design robustness.
• Develop test plans and perform RF characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
• Debug and resolve RF design issues throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements, reviews, and design integration.
• Guide junior engineers and support methodology improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in

  Electrical Engineering

  or related field.

• 810+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  RF IC design

  (PAs, LNAs, FEMs).
• Strong foundation in

  RF circuit theory

  , impedance matching, and transmission line concepts.
• Proficiency with RF design/simulation tools (

  ADS, AWR Microwave Office

  , or similar).
• Experience in RF measurements and lab debugging.
• Knowledge of

  GaN, GaAs, SiGe

  semiconductor technologies and RF IC processes
