The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Physics with a strong desire to continuously learn and develop their skills. You should possess a sharp analytical mind and be adept at solving complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with others. As a candidate, you must be capable of working independently while effectively managing stakeholders. Strong planning skills will be necessary to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Proficiency in standard applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. Flexibility is key, as you should be willing to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and travel occasionally. Experience in RF/Microwave Antenna simulation is highly valued for this role. Hands-on experience with tools like HFSS, ADS, etc., for designing and implementing RF/microwave antennas and elements is required. Familiarity with RF measurements including VSWR, Insertion loss, phase, coupling, pattern, and gain measurements is important. Furthermore, the ability to develop software to automate RF and Environmental test setups used for testing microwave devices and systems is a plus. You will be responsible for documenting and maintaining configuration control of in-house developed products, test systems, and procedures. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The role is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, and requires reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred for this position.,
