Role Overview: You are a seasoned Manager/Principal Product Designer responsible for leading the UX/UI strategy for CashKaro and EarnKaro's marketing campaigns and digital experiences. With 6-7 years of hands-on experience in product design and a keen eye for design systems, you will play a crucial role in translating user insights into engaging journeys that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end UX for marketing-led journeys across CashKaro & EarnKaro, aligning designs with key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversions, drop-offs, and activation. - Utilize data insights and lean UX methods to develop hypothesis-based experiments, such as analyzing drop-offs and conducting usability tests for campaigns like Diwali Mega Sale. - Build and manage scalable design systems using atomic principles, standardizing tokens, components, colors, and typography across platforms to ensure design-dev parity. - Lead usability studies, user interviews, heuristic reviews, and surveys, collaborating with product/data teams to analyze funnels and behavior data to map user journeys to design ROI. - Drive mini R&D sprints to test prototypes, partner with product for MVP planning, and prioritize features based on innovation and MVP thinking. - Develop user flows for retention, reactivation, and long-term engagement, applying gamification strategies and milestone-driven engagement ideas to improve user motivation. - Mentor designers in design principles, career growth, and streamline prioritization using OKRs and agile tools for effective team leadership. - Continuously study competitor UX flows, features, and design decisions, conducting teardown sessions and suggesting actionable differentiators for competitive UX benchmarking. Qualification Required: - Deep experience in UX strategy & IA, design systems, prototyping tools, analytics, product thinking, and agile practices. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with experience in Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Trello, or Asana. - Working knowledge of engagement design, gamification, and lifecycle hooks. - Good-to-have skills include familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle to enhance user flows with interactivity.
