As a seasoned Manager/Principal Product Designer at CashKaro and EarnKaro, your role will be crucial in leading the UX/UI strategy for marketing campaigns and digital experiences. With 6-7 years of hands-on experience in product design, a keen eye for design systems, and a preference for data-driven decisions, you will play a pivotal role in transforming user insights into engaging journeys that drive business growth. - **UX Strategy & Ownership:** - Take ownership of the end-to-end UX for marketing-led journeys across CashKaro & EarnKaro. - Align designs with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, drop-offs, and activation. - Utilize data insights and lean UX methods to develop hypothesis-based experiments. - **Design Systems & Scalability:** - Develop and manage scalable design systems based on atomic principles. - Standardize tokens, components, colors, and typography across various platforms. - Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design-dev parity. - **Research & Analytics-Led Design:** - Lead usability studies, user interviews, heuristic reviews, and surveys. - Work with product/data teams to analyze funnels, session replays, and behavior data. - Maintain a performance dashboard mapping user journey to design ROI. - **Innovation & MVP Thinking:** - Drive mini R&D sprints to test prototypes and enhance UX. - Collaborate with product teams for MVP planning and feature prioritization. - **Retention & Activation Optimization:** - Develop user flows targeting reactivation, onboarding, and long-term retention. - Implement gamification and milestone-driven engagement strategies. - **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** - Mentor designers in design principles and career growth. - Set and monitor quarterly OKRs, and enhance sprint planning using agile tools. - **Competitive UX Benchmarking:** - Continuously analyze competitor UX flows, features, and design decisions. - Conduct teardown sessions and propose actionable differentiators. **Must-Have Skills:** - Deep experience in crafting flows, user journeys, and interaction maps. - Strong knowledge of tokenization, modular systems, and atomic design. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; experience with shared libraries. - Comfortable using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar for user behavior tracking. - Strong understanding of lean UX, MVP prioritization, and outcome-driven design. - Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana in POD-based workflows. - Working knowledge of gamification, lifecycle hooks, and retention tactics. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, or Principle for motion design to enhance user flows.
