Job
Description
As a seasoned Manager/Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the UX/UI strategy for CashKaro and EarnKaro's marketing campaigns and digital experiences. With 6-7 years of hands-on experience in product design, a keen eye for design systems, and a preference for data-led decisions, you are the perfect fit for this role. Your primary focus will be on transforming user insights into engaging, high-converting journeys that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end UX for marketing-led journeys across both CashKaro and EarnKaro platforms. You will align designs with key performance indicators such as conversions, drop-offs, and activation rates. Utilizing data insights and lean UX methodologies, you will develop hypothesis-based experiments to enhance user experiences. In addition, you will be tasked with building and managing scalable design systems using atomic principles. This involves standardizing tokens, components, colors, and typography across various platforms and working closely with engineering teams to ensure design-dev parity. Your role will also involve leading usability studies, user interviews, heuristic reviews, and surveys to gather valuable insights. Collaborating with product and data teams, you will analyze funnels, session replays, and behavior data to inform design decisions and create a performance dashboard mapping user journeys to design ROI. Furthermore, you will drive mini R&D sprints to test prototypes and refine UX, partner with product teams for MVP planning, and prioritize features. Your expertise in retention and activation optimization will be crucial in designing user flows targeting reactivation, onboarding, and long-term retention through gamification and milestone-driven engagement strategies. As a leader and mentor, you will guide and mentor designers in design principles and career growth. You will set and track quarterly OKRs, improve sprint planning using agile tools, and streamline prioritization by implementing task urgency-impact matrices. Continuous competitive UX benchmarking will be another aspect of your role, involving the study of competitor UX flows, features, and design decisions, and conducting teardown sessions to suggest actionable differentiators. In terms of must-have skills, you should possess deep experience in crafting flows, user journeys, and interaction maps, a strong knowledge of design systems, proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, comfort in using analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar, a solid understanding of lean UX and MVP prioritization, and experience with agile practices in POD-based workflows. Good-to-have skills include familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Principle to enhance interactivity and user engagement within designs.,
