Job Description

As a Principal Technical Support Engineer at RSA, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for RSA products to customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently. You will also be involved in mentoring and training junior team members, contributing to technical sessions, and validating new product patches and features in a lab environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in handling highly escalated cases with professionalism and sharing knowledge within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Support and instruct less experienced co-workers through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring. - Prepare training plans for local and global teams and lead global technical sessions and huddles. - Contribute to technical gap analysis and review technical solution articles for accuracy. - Mentor and coach less experienced team members and develop knowledge-based articles. - Validate new product patches and features by testing in a lab environment and cascade knowledge to the local team. - Supervise the On-Boarding plan for new hires and perform case reviews for team members. - If needed, be a United States Citizen working from a Continental United States location. Qualifications Required: - Must be a United States Citizen working from a Continental United States location. - Excellent customer communication and handling skills with strong interpersonal skills. - Proficient in problem-solving, logical thinking, and working under high pressure. - Ability to work within a team, share knowledge, and conduct technical sessions. - Experience in coaching junior engineers and handling highly escalated cases. - Technical skills in Linux based servers, network protocols, web-based applications, Database SQL, and ethical hacking principles. - Knowledge of API/SDK is a must with additional skills like RHCE, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Security+, ITIL being a plus. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.,
