Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Lead design and delivery of high-performance software for middle back-office operations
Collaborate with PMs and business teams to define product roadmaps and technical solutions
Guide dev teams through architecture planning, design reviews, and code quality oversight
Analyze product feedback and usage to drive improvements and manage product launches

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field with deep understanding of SDLC and design patterns
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder engagement
Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects end-to-end
