Principal Structural Engineer

Role Overview: As a Structural Design Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop safe and efficient structural solutions for building projects. You will lead a team of Senior Engineers, Engineers, CAD, and Revit technicians to ensure the successful delivery of all project work. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing designs, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring that all design work meets Mott MacDonald's quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop safe and efficient structural solutions for building projects - Manage a team of Senior Engineers, Engineers, CAD, and Revit technicians - Ensure checking of all design output and coordination between other disciplines - Develop and review designs to meet delivery deadlines - Ensure all design work complies with Mott MacDonald's quality standard procedures Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 15+ years" experience in International projects related to structural design of buildings and structures - Good experience in RCC, PT, and Structural Steel design - Ability to manage a team and ensure timely deliverables - Proficiency in working on Bids and Proposals, estimating manhours, fees, etc. - Familiarity with dashboard presentations, preferably with power BI - Proficient in various structural framing systems - Expertise in Dynamic analysis of Highrise buildings per International codes - Experience with design software such as Etabs, SAFE, Ram Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT, and similar - Hands-on experience with international design standards and codes - Familiarity with Revit Structure would be highly regarded due to the company's adoption of BIM technology Additional Details: Mott MacDonald offers an agile and safe working environment, competitive annual leave and sick leaves, a group incentive scheme, Group term life insurance, Workmen's compensation, and Group medical insurance coverage.
