Description
As a Principal Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in addressing the core challenges faced by clients by developing strategies, transformational designs, and architectural visions for highly complex solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing complex solution architectures tailored to business, infrastructure, or functional areas by evaluating various architectures based on cost, performance, and scalability. - Producing detailed specifications for both cloud-based and on-premises solutions to drive technical plans and design principles. - Engaging with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, gather data, and deliver detailed analysis and problem resolution to build strong relationships. - Monitoring the external environment for emerging technologies and sharing insights through reports and technology roadmaps. - Designing multiple views to meet the needs of different stakeholders, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are fulfilled. - Leading proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and continuously reviewing and enhancing designs to contribute to the development of new services and provide specialist input on relevant verticals. - Mentoring junior Solution Architects to create a collaborative environment and develop integrated solutions within the enterprise architecture and value chain. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations, cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs. - Proficiency in deploying specific infrastructures and application software in alignment with relevant methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to utilize extensive specialist knowledge of reference architectures and stay updated on technology trends and developments. - Extensive professional experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within a multinational technology services environment. - Proven track record in client engagement, consulting, and change management, with a background in agile development environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and delivery. - A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
