Principal Software Engineer C/C++

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex C/C++ systems.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive architectural and performance improvements across modules.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams for solution design.
• Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in system-level or application development using C/C++.
• Deep expertise in multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Experience leading small technical teams or projects.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.
• Exposure to cross-platform development and CI/CD pipelines.

Principal Software Engineer – Java Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-stack development team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Design scalable architectures and enforce best practices in coding and design.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and review code.
• Optimize system performance and manage end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular.
• Strong database design and cloud integration experience.
• Experience in microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Prior experience mentoring teams and driving design decisions.

Principal Software Engineer – Java Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of cloud-native, distributed systems.
• Architect and optimize solutions for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies.
• Mentor engineers on cloud best practices and secure development.
• Own technical roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of Java development with 3+ years in cloud environments.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP services and cloud architecture patterns.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and architecture design.
• Cloud certification (Professional level preferred).
