Skill Set Required:

• 5–7 years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on building ML systems.
• Advanced programming skills in Python; working knowledge of Java, Scala, or C++ for backend services.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serving frameworks.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, system design, and data pipelines.
  
• Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) and feature stores.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or multimodal AI.
• Experience with real-time data and streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming).
• Exposure to governance/compliance in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Published research, patents, or contributions to open-source ML tools is a strong plus
