Job Description

Key Skills: Architect, Java, Microservices. Roles and Responsibilities: Take technical ownership across all stages and iterations of the software development lifecycle. Plan and drive software construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Adopt and adapt appropriate software development methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Scrum practices. Measure and monitor compliance with established standards for software construction, including security and quality guidelines. Contribute to the development and enforcement of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for software development. Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance, promoting best practices, and ensuring code quality. Support efficiency improvements, release readiness, and configuration management. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, fostering teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. Drive documentation, technical writing, and lifecycle management processes. Solve complex technical problems using analytical thinking and innovative approaches. Experience Requirement: 10-15 years of expertise in Full Stack development, with hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Oracle, and RHEL Linux. Advanced knowledge of BDD, TDD, Cucumber, REST services, responsive web design, and modern software engineering practices. Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Git (BitBucket), and other DevOps tools. Strong experience in application architecture, containerization, microservices, and database design. Hands-on expertise in dependency injection, ORM frameworks, unit and integration testing, and data persistence. Deep understanding of web accessibility standards, web security principles, and use of SAST and DAST tools. Working knowledge of content management systems, message queuing systems, source code control, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, C programming, and working with OAuth, Identity Server, Azure Cloud, and AWS. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices related to process engineering, system design, and documentation. Demonstrated soft skills including emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, teamwork, critical thinking, time management, and decision-making. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech.
