Principal Recruiter

What you will be doing:

• Build Executive level relationships across the business
• Promote the Epicor employer brand to attract top talent
• Deliver global masterclasses on best practices
• Proactively build talent pipelines of diverse candidates in line with business needs
• Source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality candidates
• Manage candidate expectations with regard to pay, benefits, culture, career growth,etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies designed to identify and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
• Provide real-time interview processes and best practices training to hiring managers in order to ensure a consistent and effective selection process
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure job leveling and equity are aligned
• Develop strong understanding of the business and roles
• Continue to refresh that knowledge in order to effectively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in the human resources to develop solutions, programs and policies. Build networks to maintain a talent pipeline.

What will set you apart:

• 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 4+ years of experience working with product / technology companies
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
