Job Description

As an experienced and hardworking Principal Product Manager, you will join Adobe's Acrobat product management team in Noida. Your role will involve collaborating with a talented team to define the long-term vision and strategy for Adobe Acrobat apps, focusing on innovative Generative AI solutions to drive business growth. In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping product features and communicating requirements across multiple teams to ensure the final product meets customer needs. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in facilitating consensus on requirements and timely decision-making. Your responsibilities will include defining and advocating for the product vision and strategy, contributing to the core product management team, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure business success. Conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, prioritizing feature requirements, and evaluating the product roadmap will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in defining product requirements and delivering successful products. A combination of an Engineering degree and an MBA from a reputed institution or equivalent experience is preferred. With over 11 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a post-MBA business role, you should possess the ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations, make data-driven recommendations, and communicate effectively across geographically diverse teams. Your success in this role will also depend on your motivation to learn and adapt, as well as your experience with agile software development practices within a large team environment.
