Job Description

As a Principal Product Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing product features and enhancements using Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements and maintaining high-quality deliverables. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support their growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of product features using Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. - Oversee the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development. - Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure product competitiveness. Qualifications: - Strong experience in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. - Solid understanding of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Proactive, independent, and committed to continuous learning and improvement. - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. - Familiarity with technical documentation and best practices. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
