Principal Product Designer

Education

Goals:

• Oversee the activities of a team assigned to multiple products.
• Set design values in the team
• Create information architecture & user flows
• keeps research & documentation at place
• Gather and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering and product marketing teams.
• Plan and conduct practical, impactful research throughout the entire product cycle, to answer the questions posed above.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, analysts, and content strategists to define problems & goals; map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
• Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs.
• Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
  

Skills Set:

• Hands-on with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
• Strong story-telling skills and an ability to frame insights into compelling narratives
• Create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
• You can untangle vague conceptual problems, and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product.
• You’re a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants
