Principal Landscape Architect

As the Principal Landscape Architect, you will be the strategic leader of the landscape team, driving the design vision, overseeing high-level project execution, mentoring senior staff, and building client relationships. Your role will focus on innovation, environmental stewardship, and urban resiliency. Your key responsibilities will include leading master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring design excellence across all project phases. Additionally, you will mentor team members, support their professional development, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. Being a Chartered/Licensed Landscape Architect or equivalent is essential. You must have a proven track record of leadership on large-scale, complex landscape or urban projects. A strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation and sustainability is required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
