Role Summary

As the strategic leader of the landscape team, the Principal Landscape Architect drives the design vision, oversees high-level project execution, mentors senior staff, and builds client relationships. This role emphasizes innovation, environmental stewardship, and urban resiliency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business.
Guide project vision, ensuring design excellence across all phases.
Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Chartered / Licensed Landscape Architect (or equivalent).
Proven leadership on large-scale, complex landscape or urban projects.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation and sustainability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
