Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our Karnataka State Board School in Ballari. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, academic planning, and administrative management skills to ensure excellence in education and overall school development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Karnataka State Board curriculum.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Maintain academic standards and monitor student performance.
• Manage school budgets, admissions, and parent communication.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes discipline and values.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of total teaching experience, including at least 3 years as Principal or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
