Job Description

As a member of Medtronic's Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune, you will play a crucial role in transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support for MiniMed ERP and Finance Systems, which includes working with SAP ECC, SAP S4, OneStream, Readsoft, and Kofax. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with business leaders to understand strategies and data-driven changes for improving efficiencies and adding value. - Analyze data and trends to develop recommendations for solving business problems. - Collaborate with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes. - Drive the business agenda during the solution delivery process. - Possess functional skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, customer service, process improvement, and effective communication. - Demonstrate an understanding of systems, software, and technological concepts, along with familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in Finance Systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, OneStream, Readsoft, and Kofax. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the role may involve: - Understanding of systems, software, and technological concepts. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
