Job Description: Principal

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary educational leader to head our institution as Principal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and managing the overall administration of the school in alignment with CBSE norms and NEP 2020.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to drive academic excellence and holistic student development.
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation in accordance with the CBSE framework and NEP 2020 guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high professional standards.
• Ensure effective school administration, academic planning, and resource management.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined school culture.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and statutory requirements.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices in education

Eligibility Criteria:

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed / M.Ed.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal/Vice-Principal in a leading CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, academic planning, and school management.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.

Compensation:

Salary will be attractive and commensurate with experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
