About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Principal who can lead academics, manage daily school operations, guide teachers, and ensure strong parent communication while driving admissions and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic delivery, school planning, discipline & culture
• Supervise teachers, conduct observations & mentor staff
• Maintain strong parent engagement & handle escalations
• Monitor student learning, assessments & classroom quality
• Ensure smooth operations with admin, accounts & support teams
• Drive admissions and support school growth targets
• Implement school policies, safety norms & SOPs

Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership in a K–10 / K–12 school
• Strong communication, classroom observation & academic planning skills
• Confident, organized, student-centric & people-friendly
• Ability to manage staff, parents & compliance smoothly

Qualifications

Postgraduate / B.Ed / M.Ed (preferred)

Experience as Vice Principal / Coordinator / Principal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
