Job Description

Basic Skills requirements for AR enrichment Backbase Backend Roles: Backbase on-hands experience: Familiarity with the Backbase product: Compiled the backbase product learnings and on-hands experience of live project for minimum of 1 year
Knowledge of the widget and journey architecture
Knowlege of the Backbase ecosystem and other core banking components which fits into typical banking applications
Backbase certification is added benefit
Core Java & Backend Fundamentals: Java Programming Language: Strong grasp of Java syntax, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and core libraries
Databases: Proficiency in relational databases (e g , MySQL, PostgreSQL) and understanding of database concepts like indexing and normalization
Frameworks: Expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data
RESTful APIs: Designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end
Version Control: Proficiency in Git for code management and collaboration
Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and other testing methodologies
Concurrency: Understanding of Java concurrency patterns and thread management
Object-Oriented Programming: Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
Web Technologies: Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e g , Bootstrap, jQuery) is beneficial, particularly for full-stack roles
Cloud & DevOps: Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Microservices: Understanding of microservices architecture and related concepts
DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automation tools (e g , Jenkins)
API Gateways: Experience with API gateways for managing and securing APIs
