Job Description

As a Principal Electrical Design Engineer at Arcadis, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary delivery teams focusing on water and wastewater capital projects. Your responsibilities will include leading technical tasks, ensuring projects meet budget and quality targets, promoting Arcadis" services during client interactions, contributing to the divisional business plan, and expanding industry networks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Self-start and work independently or as part of a team on intricate electrical detailed designs - Lead design and advisory services for water and wastewater process plants, pumping stations, and related assets - Prioritize safety through design leadership and implementation - Deliver multi-disciplinary projects utilizing cutting-edge digital design techniques - Innovate technical solutions tailored to client requirements - Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to achieve set standards and objectives - Mentor and supervise colleagues for professional growth - Manage and develop performance of assigned staff - Supervise multiple colleagues working on complex projects - Ensure Design Health & Safety management for project works **Qualifications & Experience:** - B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering - 14+ years of experience in designing water and wastewater systems - Chartered Engineer status and membership in a professional institution - Proficiency in relevant standards and software skills - Experience in electrical design for medium to large-scale projects - Proficient in BIM/digital/data analytics software - Excellent English communication skills - Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities Arcadis believes in empowering individuals to excel and values the contributions of each team member.
