As a Quality Assurance Manager at HARMAN Automotive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality audio systems and integrated technology platforms that enhance the driving experience. Your responsibilities will include bringing the voice of the customer to the project throughout the lifecycle to meet delivery, field, service, and quality targets, managing Quality Assurance as a process owner in the project, ensuring ASPICE L2 compliance, and working with Engineering teams to address non-conformities. You will also tailor processes for the project to maintain efficiency and identify the right process balance, partner with the engineering team to ensure process adherence, and conduct monthly audits to identify and address gaps. Providing metrics, analytics, and insights to enable data-driven project execution is also a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and implement the QA Strategy aligned with project and customer requirements. - Schedule QA activities in alignment with project milestones. - Review quality and compliance of engineering work products through various assessments and audits. - Ensure regular collection and reporting of software quality data. - Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders on QA-related topics. - Support audits and assessments, address findings, and participate in reviews. - Contribute to process definition and updates within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in Software Quality with a proven track record of ASPICE L2 implementation. - Familiarity with Project Management, QMS, and technical areas. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills. - Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and quality management systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and moderation skills.
