- Configure and implement Oracle CDM to clean, consolidate, and enrich customer data
- Create and maintain trusted master customer profiles for enterprise-wide use
- Define and manage data quality configurations for deduplication and matching
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align CDM with business needs
- Perform data integration between Oracle CDM and other ERP/CRM systems
- Support end-to-end implementation, including testing, validation, and user training
- Provide routine reports and analytics to monitor data quality and system performance
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle CPQ solutions based on client requirements
- Customize CPQ workflows, rules, and templates using BML
- Integrate CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document business processes
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quote-to-cash processes
- Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud
- Oracle Customer Hub (UCM)
- Oracle CX Sales integration
- Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)
- Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and HCM (for integrated processes)
- Oracle CPQ Cloud (Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Commerce, Document Designer)
- Integration with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, or third-party systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Applications) preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud and Oracle Fusion Applications
- Expertise in data quality tools, including Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)
- Strong knowledge of data integration, cleansing, and enrichment processes
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP integration (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Financials, SCM)
- Understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud configuration and customization
- Strong knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud)
- Understanding of pricing models, discount structures, and approval workflows
- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Oracle CPQ and CDM implementations or Support.
