Job Description Job Title: Principal Consultant Power Platform Job Date: 27-11-24 Job Location : India (90% Remote) Job Type : Full-Time Job Summary: The Principal Consultant Power Platform will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions for high-profile European clients. This includes Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps. The role requires hands-on expertise and leadership in managing projects, mentoring a team, and building the Power Platform practice in India. Job Responsibilities : • Analyze business processes for automation opportunities using Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps. • Design and develop innovative solutions integrating Power Platform components for data visualization, automation, and custom applications. • Implement best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and performance. • Provide training and expert guidance to clients on Power Platform functionalities. • Mentor junior consultants, foster a collaborative environment, and build a specialized team of Power Platform consultants. • Ensure optimal operation through performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Drive thought leadership during client interactions to build confidence in the companys solutions. • Prepare structured documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Low Code and RPA technologies. • Participate in project planning, estimation, and reporting activities. Job Requirements: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Qualifications: • 6-8 years of experience in RPA and Low-Code development, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Power Platform. • Proficiency in creating solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Virtual Agents. • Experience in implementing governance for Power Platform in organizations. • Strong understanding of integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. • Hands-on experience with Power BI and data engineering. • Familiarity with REST APIs and custom integrations. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect) are a plus.
