As an AEM Architect, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solutions based on Adobe Marketo, as well as improving existing solutions. You will collaborate with architects and BAs to understand business requirements and scope of work, working closely with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions. Rapid prototyping of potential integration approaches with products and solutions across Adobe and other digital marketing tools and platforms will be part of your role. Additionally, you will create technical and operational documentation for software or systems, provide demos to the Innovation team and business stakeholders, prototype interactive interfaces, conduct user testing and reporting, and interface with Architects to understand the design skeleton. You will also be responsible for resolving technical issues promptly and implementing strategies to minimize reoccurrence, working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment. Your role will also involve management and hands-on software design, development, and review, showcasing strong leadership skills such as delivering constructive feedback and leading by example. Estimating development tasks, managing or being managed by remote teams/offices, and possessing knowledge in Marketo configuration, system administration, development, and relevant certifications are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in Marketo setup, configuration, and administration, connector-based integrations, custom integration with REST APIs and Webhooks, and a deep understanding of using Custom Objects. Knowledge of reporting, building landing pages, templates, and relevant technical skills are required. A degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
