Principal Consultant, Middleware Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge about J2EE frameworks and Tools and good learning ability

• Should Understand the core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions. working with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product

• Excellent Knowledge of QA process and awareness about tools

• Should have experience of design, development and conduct code reviews

• Willingness and ability to learn new Platforms/solutions having Java as core basis

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong understanding of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) architecture, configuration, and administration.
  Experience with deploying and managing Java EE applications on WebSphere.
  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including understanding logs and performance metrics.

• Understanding security best practices for WebSphere and related applications.
  Experience with scripting languages like shell scripting or Ansible.

• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, including concepts like pods, deployments, services, and potentially deploying WebSphere applications in Kubernetes.

• Experience with DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• They also need to have a basic understanding of Kubernetes, a container orchestration system, for modern application deployments.

• Administering and maintaining the BPM platform, Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the BPM system, and ensuring its proper functionality and performance.

• Configuring the BPM platform to support specific business processes and workflows, & Troubleshooting technical issues related to the BPM platform and its integration with other systems.

• Good understanding of the IBM BPM infrastructure and configuration tuning .

• A WebSphere Administrator/BPM with basic Kubernetes skills is responsible for managing and maintaining WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments, deploying, and managing applications, and potentially working with Business Process Management (BPM) applications.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with development teams and other stakeholders.
