In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations.

• 
  

  Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or anomalies encountered during system implementation.

• 
  

  Define system architecture, data schemas, and integration patterns to ensure seamless communication between various components and external systems.

• 
  

  Evaluate third-party software solutions and APIs for potential integration with existing systems, assessing compatibility and suitability for the organization%27s needs.

• 
  

  Create comprehensive documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals, to facilitate system maintenance and knowledge transfer.

• 
  

  Review code to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding conventions, troubleshoot and security protocols.

• 
  

  Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance.

• 
  

  Collaborate with development teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 
  

  Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure database solutions to support business applications.

• 
  

  Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for high-performance data access.

• 
  

  Ensure data integrity through validation rules, referential constraints, and normalization techniques.

• 
  

  Perform regular troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of database systems.

• 
  

  Monitor database health and proactively resolve issues related to performance, availability, and security.

• 
  

  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including data models, schema definitions, and operational procedures.

• 
  

  Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to align database design with functional requirements.

• 
  

  Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of database development practices.

  Support deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  BE/ B Tech/ MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 
  

  Experience working on Azure DevOps tool.

• 
  

  Excellent understanding & Hands-on experience of Terraform, Azure infra build, CI/CD pipeline setup for applications.

• 
  

  Experience in Azure Kubernetes, App Service, Function app, Logic app application deployment through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.

• 
  

  Strong proficiency in SQL Server.

• 
  

  Experience with query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.

• 
  

  Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.

• 
  

  Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.

• 
  

  Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.

• 
  

  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• 
  

  Experience with version control tools like Git.

• 
  

  Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• 
  

  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
