We are currently looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Principal Consultant, Senior Automation Tester. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be expected to possess a solid background in Selenium, with a minimum of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test automation frameworks like TestNG and Cucumber BDD is essential. Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, familiarity with version control systems like Git, and expertise in API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, and Newman are required. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Selenium. - Ensure the scalability and flexibility of the test automation framework to adapt to changes in application features and requirements. - Implement best practices for modular and reusable automation code. - Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to grasp application features and requirements. - Supervise the execution of automated test suites and monitor test results. - Analyze and report on automated test results, identifying and prioritizing issues. - Ensure timely resolution of automated test failures and defects. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the test automation process and tools. - Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the skills of the automation team. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Previous experience working with Selenium Automation tool. - Expertise in creating frameworks with Selenium and BDD. - Experience in Automation across various platforms like web applications, APIs, Mobile, and reports. - Familiarity with supply chain solutions implementation or support is a plus. - Experience in Automation on reports like Tableau. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Software Testing at an expert level. - Proficiency in testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards. - Experience working with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, writing complex queries in SQL Server, MySQL, JIRA, and Qtest. - Passion for exploring new technologies and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent experience in leading small teams and providing technical assistance when required. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS. - Understanding of mobile automation testing tools like Appium. - Experience with Tosca automation testing tool is an added advantage. This position is based in India-Hyderabad and is a full-time role. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
