Principal Consultant- ABAP

Role Overview: You have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and are capable of analyzing and designing end-to-end solutions. Your expertise lies in SAP ECC 6.0 and core ABAP components such as Reports, ALV, BADI, BAPI, BDC, Enhancements, LSMW, ALE-IDOCS, Module Pools, Workflows, Queries, Proxies. You also possess strong experience with CDS views, performance tuning, and debugging, along with familiarity with RFCs, APIs, and OData integration. Experience in SAP upgrade/migration projects with RISE is an added advantage. Your proficiency extends to OOPS, RAP, and designing concepts, coupled with excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Possession of SAP certification (ABAP, RAP) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ABAP development across SAP modules to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. - Perform both on-stack and off-stack ABAP development to fulfill diverse business requirements. - Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. - Integrate ABAP developments with SAP OData services and SAP S4 HANA. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex ABAP and CDS-related issues. - Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, SAP script forms, Smart forms/Adobe forms, and custom reports. - Apply OSS notes and SAP best practices for code remediation and optimization. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. - Lead ABAP development efforts in rollout and migration projects. - Interface with business analysts to ensure seamless integration of business processes. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support ongoing system enhancements. - Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using CDS Views and RAP Model. - Optimize the performance of CDS Views and RAP-based applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness. - Understand and apply ABAP OOPS principles, concepts, and design.,
