Qualifications and Skills-

• Minimum 7-15 years of experience in school education, with 3-5 years as a Principal or Vice Principal.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of CBSE norms and rural school challenges.
• Passionate about education reform, technology in classrooms, and nurturing future leaders.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with smart classroom tools, teacher training methods, and CBSE documentation.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead the academic and operational development of ANI from ground up.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teachers and support staff.
• Implement CBSE curriculum with a focus on STEM, coding, sports, and smart classroom integration.
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, performance, and student engagement.
• Monitor student achievement, teacher KPIs, and community engagement.
• Represent the school with parents, local stakeholders, and education authorities.
• Lead inspections, compliance, and accreditation efforts (CBSE affiliation process)
• Promote inclusive education, child safety, and strong teacher-parent partnerships.
