Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, including conducting property due diligence and negotiating bespoke contracts.
• Support landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Manage property portfolios for corporate occupiers, developers, and investors.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate documentation and transaction structures.
• Deliver practical solutions to day-to-day property issues.
• Lead key real estate transactions.
• Advise on multijurisdictional projects and cross-border property matters.
• Conduct training sessions for legal and business teams on property law and transaction processes.
• Act for major transport and retail clients on infrastructure and asset management projects.
