• rovide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with architectural standards and principles D
• evelop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization that are optimized for BIM I
• dentify and mitigate design risks and issues by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders E
• nsure all architectural designs are consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals P
• articipate in project planning and governance activities to ensure that designs are aligned with business requirements and project objectives C
• ollaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues L
• iaise with the statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals L
• ead by example and ensure QMS and Project Life Cycle compliance across team and projects R

• rovide training and mentoring to junior architects and other members of the project team. S
• upport in planning resource needs and escalate as required if there are resource concerns. Support the recruitment process as required. P

• he candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. A
• t least 12 years of proven experience in a similar role demonstrating an exemplary track record. E
• xperience in working on projects in Europe/ Netherlands. E
• xpert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. E
• xpert knowledge in BIM processes – combine and review models, clash detection, manage changes etc., E
